Autumn Term
Weil (Year 2) have been inspired by Rosa Parks this week. We have been learning how one brave stand can change the world. Determination and fairness have been a hot topic in class this week.
Weil (Year 2) thoroughly enjoyed their Reading cafe this morning. We had an opportunity to explore a variety of books, answer questions to encourage discussions and choose our favourite 2 books to take home with us. What a great morning!
Weil (Year 2) have had a great week using Base 10 to help with their addition and subtraction questions in maths. 
Weil (Y2) class are enjoying their computing topic this term. Here, they are playing and evaluating 3 different games, to eventually create their own game using the skills they are going to learn over the course of the unit.
Weil (Year 2) have done so well with practicing our school expectations and routines. Well done year 2, keep it up! 
Weil (Year 2) have been busy measuring in metres using a measuring stick. We have looked at how many metres the furniture is, and comparing them against each other, using the language longer, longest, shorter and shortest.
