We are currently operating as an emergency care facility for children of key workers (e.g. NHS staff, police, others in frontline services) and children with certain needs. The Government have advised that children stay at home where possible and only use this service when there is no alternative provision for the children.
During term time, there will be food parcels available for children who are entitled to free school meals - these will only be available for pick up on Wednesdays.

Welcome to the Story Wood Library
The Library is open for parents and children every day from 8:30 - 8:55 and after school from 3:10 - 3:30. Parents are welcome to come in with their children: you can read with your child and change their books.
All our library books are Accelerated Reader Books and have quizzes to match. Ask your child about their Z.P.D - children from year 2 to year 6 have all taken a Star Reader Test and their reading age has been identified.
Mrs York is always at hand to give help when ever it is needed.
The Library is also open at lunchtimes. The librarians are trained to help children find books that match their reading ages ( Z.P.D's) and can recommend books.
